Episode 1: Just Like Flu

Hannah's concert is ruined when she falls ill with the flu. In attempts to try make herself better she ends up making everyone else sick. She needs to find a way of having the concert go ahead and decides that Lilly and Oliver will have to help out. She makes Lilly dress up as Hannah and lip sink the songs while Oliver is forced to open for her. And to make matters worse for Robby, Jackson decides he wants to leave College and comes back home.

Episode 2: Do I Know You?

When Miley and Jake have a fight her and Lilly find a way of trying to make him jealous. He has no idea of what is going on and he dumps her at Oliver's birthday party after Miley gives Jake's friend to much attention.
Episode 3: You'll Never Find A Way Back Home

When Robby tells Miley and Jackson that they are moving back to Tennessee to live they both disagree and say it is a bad idea. Miley, along with Jackson, Lilly and Oliver try to convince Robby how great it is in Malibu but still Robby decides it is best to move back Home.

Episode 4: Rockin' Around The Christmas Twig?

Christmas is here and Miley is trying to write a Christmas Hannah song but decides she can't think while it is so cold so she decides to use Hannah Montana to get a fire place installed while Robby is away in L.A., Only when Miley goes to light it she catches the house on fire and is forced to call 911 and it is safely put out with minimal damage. Robby arrives home to a newly decorated and Re-funrnished house and despite how well it all looks Miley gets grounded.

Episode 5: It's All Right Here

As the Stuarts begin to pack up to move back to Tennessee they all look back on the times they have had, Not all good one. This causes Lilly, Oliver and Miley to fight which is is the inspiration for a new Hannah song.

Episode 6: Bigger Than Me&You Together

The Stuarts move off to a new house in Tennessee where, Miley is happy to see, Travis is their new neighbor in the samll town. As Miley and Travis bond, Jackson gets a job at the local bakery. Lucas and Miley write Hannah's last big hit for her final album.

Episode 7: Life's A Climb

Miley and Jackson struggle to find new friends in Tennessee. Travis asks out Miley and Robby finds someone new, and Unexpected.

Episode 8: What's To Like?

Hannah's popularity becomes to much for Miley and she decides that telling her home town about her secret wasn't such a good idea and flys back to Malibu where Lilly and Oliver are. Robby then flys back with Jackson and try to convince Miley to come back but Miley says she is staying with Lilly, Which leaves Jackson and Robby to fly back without her.

Episode 9: I Thought You Said It Was Easy

Miley and Lilly try to find ways of working out how to cope with Miley living so far away. Miley gets a call from Lucas saying how much he misses her. She sings a Miley version of "Don't Wanna Be Torn" in which she videos and records in the studio with Oliver and Lilly.

Episode 10&11 (Season Finale) : Best Of One World (Part 1&2)

Hannah new album is released and Miley has to do a signing for it and has a final concert booked in Malibu. Lilly and Olivier get ready for the opening act in which they sing a duet and a trio with Hannah. As Hannah is on stage she sees that Travis is in the front row and hears him yell "I'm with you wherever you are". She finishes the song and tells the crowd she has something special she wants to share with them. A projector screen pulls down and a music video of Miley, Lilly and Oliver singing their version of "Don't Wanna Be Torn" begins to play. The crowd is confused and Hannah starts to cry. She tells people she isn't who they think she is and takes of her wig. She then starts to sing the song her and Travis wrote together, Then Travis come on stage and sings with her. After the concert Robby is backstage and take Miley with her back to Tennessee. Then it flashes forward to a year later where Miley Stuart has released her own album. She is living in Tennessee with Lilly, Oliver, Travis and Jackson. The episode finishes with Miley singing a new version of "Best Of Both Worlds" named "It's Best With One World"
